We are seeking Canadian Registered Nurses to join our team! This position includes Visa/Green Card sponsorship and a relocation bonus for a 3-year commitment. Only candidates who have passed the NCLEX and hold an active RN license in the US or Canada are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Successful completion of the NCLEX exam.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or Canada.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
Position Details:
- Role: Registered Nurse (Med-Surg)
- Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, with day and night shifts available. Rotating weekends required.
- Shifts: 12-hour shift options.
- Patient Population: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

As a Med-Surg Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients with diverse medical and surgical needs. Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical and surgical conditions to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, while monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV management, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments in a timely manner.
- Monitor for changes in patients’ conditions and promptly address any adverse symptoms or complications.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions to home or other care settings.
- Foster a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort, healing, and recovery
To be considered you’ll need:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Current license to practice nursing in any US state or Canada (Flint will assist with your license endorsement).
- One or more years of nursing experience in Behavioral Health service is preferred.

- Work flexibly and responsibly, supporting the care team in a dynamic med-surg setting.
