Job Responsibilities
As a Shift Supervisor, your primary role is to support management by monitoring the day-to-day activities of employees, ensuring productivity, and maintaining a smooth operation. You will also help deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive and safe work environment for employees.
- Monitor, plan, and oversee daily employee activities, coordinate breaks, and keep management informed of significant issues.
- Create and maintain a safe, positive work environment free of harassment and violence.
- Model company brand standards and adhere to all policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
- Follow all company cash handling policies, maintain proper cash security, and process voids as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints in line with company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation standards, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Place and receive product orders and perform monthly inventory checks.
- Deliver training for new employees across different brands.
- Respond to guest injuries and property damage, completing reports and recording incidents promptly in the HUB/IFM system.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required, as our plazas are located along Highways 401 and 400, where public transportation is unavailable.
